The home is a large 3,200 square foot house which has been completely updated to accomodate clean, comfortable living spaces boasting a private landscaped yard in a park-like setting. The main floor has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and large pantry area. There are six private living spaces on the main floor. There is also an upstairs suite with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

We are centrally located, close to many grocery and resaurant options. Fred Meyer, Safeway, and WInco are less then 1 mile away. Many parks (one with pickleball courts) and other recreational opportunities are nearby. Bus line 33 is a short 15-minute walk. There is off-street as well as on street parking.

Common or shared living spaces include a living room, dining room, kitchen, large pantry, and covered patio. Shared areas are newly furnished with a mid-century modern flair. The living room includes a large screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace.

The kitchen is fully applianced with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and diswasher. A large pantry provides lots of space for separate food storage. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and utility sink.

Each private main floor living space is a spacious 11'x19' room with a 6' closet plus a full 6'x9' private bath. Each of them have a separate exterior entrance with a slider and patio. Cable and internet are provided at no extra cost.

Also available is a 2nd floor suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen and full bath.

I lived alone for 20 years prior to moving in and naturally had some concerns; now I can't see myself living any other way. It simply takes walking thru the house to see it as a home."
