Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Neither smoking nor vaping are allowed inside the house. Nor are they allowed within 10 feet of the house.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.

Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable. Check with the Property Manager for exceptions.

There will be two of us sharing one room. Do the prices double?
When two people share one room, the room rate remains the same. Their share of the utilities expenses will be twice that of a single person sharing one room - because the utilities expenses are shared equally by all of the people living in the house.

Does each room have separate temperature controls?
The house uses central heating and air conditioning. The tenants agree upon the desired setting among themselves.

Is there a shared phone line?
There are no (land) phone lines in the house. Each tenant would have and pay for their own cell phone and cell phone service.

How do I connect to the internet?
The house has a Wi-Fi router that allows tenants to connect to the internet.
