There is a $50 application fee. Screening Criteria includes verification of income, rental references, credit verification and criminal background check.

Upon approval there is a one time refundable $500 security deposit due, plus first month's rent.

Standard monthly rental rates range from $750 to $1200. Inquire with the Property Manager about availability.

In addition to the monthly rent, residents pay shared utility costs: gas, water, sewer, electric and trash. Prorated utility costs are based on a per person basis. So two people sharing one room would pay twice the amount for utilities that a single person occuping one room would pay.

Cable TV, wi-fi and yard maintenance are all included at no additional cost.

A 12 month lease is required. Inquire with the Property Manager for details.
